Classic Headphone Stands
I've designed my headphone stands to be very functional for storing headphones. Pads don't compress against anything, headphones can be slipped on when they are dual entry cabled (instead of loaded from top). Sturdy with a smallish foot print for fitting in tighter desk space and looking good too… COA foiled, dated and signed on underside (plus felt feet).
I'll match the wood if purchasing a woody headphone at the same time. My feeling is that a headphone stand shouldn't look like a trophy (without the champion topper), but rather a compliment to the star of the show… your headphones. I could build them super fancy, but that's a tacky recipe IMO…
Hanger bar will be fitted with black deerskin around it (shown in many of the pics below) which I highly recommend for wear. Felt feet are typically placed on the bottom, along with a headphile copper foil. Can be ordered without deerskin.
Quad stands are available in most woods. See this configuration in pics. Long bar is 20" across on those...
The black riser/hangers are black lacquer coated heavy wall PVC. They are glued into the base, as is end cap.
Audez'e LCD-2/3 fits best on this custom stand on Audez'e page. 30% taller with longer base and matching wood (Caribbean Rosewood). There is an option below for 'tall', which increase height of classic stand by 20% (same base as classic).
